Employee schedule maker for a small frontline business
An employee schedule maker for a small frontline business keeps the week in one place. You add employees and reusable shifts, fill the grid, and publish. Employees open the schedule. They do not get an account.
One weekly grid
Each person is a row and each day is a column. A shift is a named block of hours you define once. Time off sits on the day it belongs to. The week does not start as a spreadsheet tab.
Publish when the week is finished
Edits stay in a draft until you publish. The public page then shows that week. The next publish updates the same link, so you do not send a new file.
Share a link or a PDF
The link is read-only. A printable PDF includes a QR code that opens the same link, so a sheet on the wall can still lead to the current week.
What the maker does not do
It does not track attendance, export payroll, collect availability, or schedule people automatically. It is $5 per month for the whole team, not per person, after a 14-day trial with no card.
