Printable employee schedule

A printable employee schedule is the week on paper, for a wall or a break room. A small frontline business still needs that sheet when not everyone checks a phone at the start of a shift. The useful part is what happens after you print. A QR code on the PDF opens the public schedule, so the paper keeps pointing at the current week.

Why the wall copy exists

A posted week answers who is working without asking someone to forward a file. It also goes stale the first time a shift moves, if the only copy is ink. Treat the printout as a pointer to the published week, not as a second schedule you have to rebuild by hand.

Download the PDF

When the week is ready, publish it, then download the PDF. The grid is the same week the link shows: people, shifts, and time off. You are not exporting a workbook for someone else to edit. The file is for reading and for posting. Print it when the draft is no longer a draft, so the wall matches what you meant to share.

The QR code opens the current week

The PDF includes a QR code that opens the public schedule. Someone can scan it and see the week on a phone. By default that page shows a first name and a surname initial. A company setting can show full surnames the next time a week is published. The code does not create a second link. It opens the one you already published.

After the next publish

When a day changes, edit that day and publish again. The same link updates. A scan of the QR code on the older paper opens that updated week. You replace the wall sheet when you want the ink to match, but you do not have to reprint for every small change if people can scan. The paper and the page stay tied together.

What the printout is not

The PDF is not payroll, attendance, or a sheet people should edit and send back. Skeday does not include employee logins or automatic scheduling. A company can have up to 50 active employees. The price is $5 per month for the company after a 14-day trial, and the trial does not ask for a card.
