Terms of service
By using Skeday, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Skeday provides tools for managers at small frontline businesses to create, publish, print, and share weekly schedules. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your company account, keeping sign-in details secure, and deciding who receives your public schedule link. Do not enter information you are not permitted to use.
Public schedule links
Published schedules can be viewed by anyone who has the link. Do not include sensitive information in employee names, roles, or schedule entries. You can regenerate the link if it has been shared too broadly.
Trial and billing
New companies receive a 14-day trial. After the trial, the service costs $5 per month per company unless the subscription is canceled. Paddle processes checkout and payment details. Access may be limited when payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or a refund is issued.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company’s data, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Skeday available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Managers remain responsible for schedules, staffing decisions, employment compliance, and communicating changes to their teams.
Termination
You may stop using your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse, security reasons, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms.
