Privacy policy

Skeday helps small frontline businesses create and share weekly work schedules. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect the account email and authentication details needed to sign you in, company settings, employee names and roles entered by your manager, schedule entries, and billing records needed to provide the service. Payment details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Skeday.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the schedule workspace, publish the read-only link you choose to share, create PDF and QR exports, secure accounts, provide support, and maintain billing access. We do not sell personal information or use schedule data for advertising.

Sharing and public links

A published schedule is visible to anyone with its public link. It is designed to show first names, surname initials, shift details, and entry types only. Regenerating the link invalidates the previous link.

Retention and security

We keep account and schedule data while your company account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, and server-side protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update company settings and regenerate a public schedule link in Skeday. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your account data, contact the Skeday team through the support address provided with your account.
