Skeday is a weekly scheduling tool for small frontline businesses. This page states the price, what the trial includes, and how payment works. The same price is shown on the home page.
Price
Skeday costs $5 per month for one company. The price covers the manager account for that company. It is not charged per employee. There is one plan, so you do not have to compare tiers or add-ons.
Free trial
A new company starts with a 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a card. During the trial you can add employees, define shifts, build the schedule, publish the public link, and download PDFs. When the trial ends, editing stays available only with an active subscription. A public link you already published stays available.
What is included
The plan includes up to 50 active employees, reusable shifts, the weekly and monthly schedule, copying a previous week or month, a read-only public link, QR sharing, and printable PDFs. Employee logins, payroll, attendance, and automatic scheduling are not part of this plan.
How payment works
After the trial, checkout and payment details are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record. Skeday does not store card numbers. An active subscription keeps schedule editing available. Access may be limited when a payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or a refund is issued. The refund policy explains how to ask for a refund.
Who it is for
The plan is meant for a small frontline business where one manager builds the schedule for a single team. If you run more than one company, each company has its own account and its own $5 monthly price.
