Refund policy

This refund policy explains the 14-day trial, the $5 monthly subscription, and how to ask for a refund. It matches the billing terms used by Skeday.

Trial before billing

New companies receive 14 days of free use before a subscription charge. You can stop during the trial without a payment. The trial itself is not a paid period, so there is no charge to refund for those days.

The subscription

After the trial, Skeday costs $5 per month per company unless the subscription ends. Paddle processes the payment. Skeday does not offer a second plan or a per-employee fee.

Asking for a refund or cancellation

Skeday does not include a cancel button in the product. To cancel a subscription or ask for a refund, contact support through your Skeday account and include the company name and the account email. We will pass the request to Paddle, which processes payments as the merchant of record. Asking does not by itself guarantee a refund. Paddle decides approved refunds under its buyer terms and this policy.

What an approved refund does

When a refund is approved, schedule editing access ends. Published public links can remain available so a team can still see the last shared schedule. A failed payment or a canceled subscription also limits editing access. Starting a new subscription is required before editing resumes.

Merchant of record

Paddle is the seller of record for the subscription. Checkout, tax, and payment details are handled on Paddle's side. Questions about a charge on a card statement can be sent to Skeday support, and we will help you reach the right payment record. This policy does not add a money-back window beyond the free trial and the refunds Paddle approves. For questions, contact support through your Skeday account.
